Beiling Park

·The largest park in Shenyang City. In the middle of the park are the tombs of Huang Taiji, the second founding monarch of the Qing Dynasty, and Queen Xiaoduanwen.
·Unlike other imperial tombs, the Beiling was built directly on flat ground and was surrounded by walls, much like a small city.
·The whole mausoleum is divided into three parts. The main building is the archway in the front and the square city in the back. There is a treasured top from which you can climb to the top and have a panoramic view of the entire Beiling.
·There are Qing folk cultural performances and sacrificial performances during every year and festival, which is an excellent opportunity to learn about Qing culture.
