Rongbuk Temple, whose full name is "Latucha Rongbutong Aquling Temple", is a temple belonging to the Nyingma sect in Tibet. It is a mixed temple with monks and nuns full of local characteristics. Rongbuk Monastery is located at the end of the Rongbuk Glacier at the northern foot of Mount Everest, with an altitude of 5154 meters and about 20 kilometers from the summit of Mount Everest.
