This is the later Nanhu Lake. Another place worth visiting in Nanhu Park is the "Baise Uprising Exhibition Hall" built in 1984. It was built to commemorate the 55th anniversary of the Baise and Longzhou Uprisings. There are statues of martyrs Li Mingrui and Wei Baqun and a display room for revolutionary historical relics. The front of the Martyrs' Monument is engraved with the inscription of Comrade Deng Xiaoping: "In memory of Comrades Li Mingrui, Wei Baqun and others, the revolutionary martyrs of the Baise Uprising will live forever."
