It is a resort for revolutionary activities and a provincial cultural relic protection unit. The shape of the pavilion is double eaves and eight columns, with glazed green tiles and flying corners. From a distance, it looks like it is about to fly in the sky. The interior is made of red lacquered garden columns, the four stone columns on the outer eaves are made of granite, the pavilion is painted with a caisson, and the east and west pavilions are hung with red-bottomed gilt "Ai Wan Pavilion", which was commissioned by Mao Zedong in a special letter from Li Da, the president of Hunan University at the time.
