The border between Mangkang County, Qamdo Prefecture, Tibet Autonomous Region and Yunnan
Damei Yongxue Mountain is also called Shennv Peak. It is located at the junction of Deqin County, Yunnan and Mangkang County, Tibet. It is 6,434 meters above sea level. Above 5,000 meters, it belongs to the cold zone, and the top of the mountain is covered with snow all year round; between 4,000 and 5,000 meters above sea level, the canopy of broad-leaved trees is intertwined, blocking the sky and the sun; below 2,000 meters above sea level, all types of subtropical vegetation are distributed, and there is a natural landscape of "four seasons in one mountain, and different weather every ten miles".
